This week has been an Aussie kinda week. Most weeks are for us at the mo, to be honest, with clearing out stuff constantly, but this week was a particulary Aussie one.
Wednesday was Anzac Day, a public holiday in Australia celebrating and remembering the men and women in the army, so Rowan made some Anzac biscuits - which were delicious, so yummy that we have decided that they need to be a regular baking thing here.

But by far the most exciting thing this week was finally the boys Australian citizenship certificates arrived, this has been a very long process as Tris was born in Papua New Guinea and due to it being an Australian territory when he was born and now its not, it becomes very complicated. But its all over and they are offically dual citizens of UK and Australia.
Its really tough being excited about something that will bring others upset, as we want to jump and shout from the roof tops that they are finally Aussies, but no one close to us really wants to know as they don't really want us to go and this is more proof that we will be.
